Ledcor is seeking experienced Superintendents to support large-scale fiber-to-the-home deployment projects across multiple states. In this role, you will oversee daily field operations, develop project plans, and monitor performance. You will demonstrate expertise in anticipating client needs, delivering solutions, and mentoring team members.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Will ensure projects meet approved plans, specifications, and building codes

  • Leads the development of Project Quality Plans and Safety Programs, and oversees incident investigations

  • Reviews and updates construction schedules, addresses delays, and contributes to project schedules

  • Estimates activity durations and materials for complex projects

  • Working knowledge of reporting and tracking of financial aspects of the project

  • Participates in subcontractor and supplier selection, procurement and negotiations

  • Will set priorities and allocate resources as needed for the entire field team

  • Provides leadership and mentorship to project staff and Superintendents

Qualifications:

  • Eight or more years of telecom or utility supervisory experience, with a proven track record of leading large, complex infrastructure builds

  • Post-secondary education in Construction, Engineering, or a related discipline is an asset

  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction documents, drawings, specifications, and current construction practices

  • Ability to directly supervise craft employees as well as sub-contractors

  • Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to anticipate and address issues

  • Strong organizational and planning skills

Working Conditions:

  • This is a site-based position that will require between Ledcor offices and project work sites as needed
