For a limited time MaineHealth is offering a $3,000 sign on bonus for
Patient Service Representatives (PSRs):

  • Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time PSR position.
    Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.
  • Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.

This is a 40-hour per week position.

Are you an organized, people-focused professional who enjoys being the first point of contact for patients? Our Orthopedics practice in Brunswick is seeking a Patient Service Representative (PSR) to join our supportive team.

As a PSR, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive patient experience-from greeting patients with a warm smile, scheduling appointments, coordinating paperwork, and ensuring the office runs smoothly. This is a great opportunity to make a difference in patients' lives while supporting a specialty team dedicated to helping individuals recover, heal, and return to the activities they love.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: Previous office experience with medical office experience preferred.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficient computer skills.
