DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY To coordinate parts orders, including ordering parts from supporting locations RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES *Order seats and all non-stock shrouds with Purchasing and coordinate all shipments for daily deliveries from the supplier *Enter and move orders into Oracle for parts from other locations *Track parts to ensure they are put in proper location to fill orders *Coordinate daily domestic handwritten orders and monitor and fulfill order status requests via email *Receive ordered parts and match them to orders *Handle incoming calls to provide customer service by tracking and giving status of orders to the customer *Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management *Complete the Annual CTPAT Security Training *Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment *Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations *Assist with organization and cleaning of work area, keeping aisles and walkways clear at all times *Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary REQUIRED SKILLS *Must be a team player, friendly, professional, detail-oriented, and honest Must have the ability to: *Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment *Read and interpret parts orders Must have: *Relentless drive to achieve advancement and continuous improvement *A willingness to learn and/or adapt to new work methods *Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel *Excellent verbal and written communication skills *Excellent web navigation skills PREFERRED SKILLS *Basic working knowledge of Pride products preferred REQUIRED EXPERIENCE *At least 2 years of successful experience in Parts Shipping with Pride Mobility OR at least 2 years of customer service experience in a professional office environment PREFERRED EXPERIENCE *At least 2 years of experience providing administrative or service support in a manufacturing, production or distribution operation preferred *Current or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred REQUIRED EDUCATION *High School Diploma or GED REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS *Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future DETAILS *This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive *In exceptional circumstances, some of the physical requirements of this position may be modified or eliminated as a reasonable accommodation for a person with a disability as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act Pride Mobility Products/Quantum Rehab is an Equal Opportunity employer.
