The Training Facilitator role will lead our organization by developing and deploying the Milwaukee training program vision and assisting with the creation of meaningful development plans for our Operations associates. The Training Facilitator plays a crucial role in fostering a knowledgeable and skilled workforce, which directly contributes to the overall success and productivity of the organization. By providing employees with the necessary training and development opportunities, the Training Facilitator helps enhance employee performance and satisfaction.
Expand and deploy training program vision to ensure all associates have the skills necessary for success in the current positions and development plans created to promote growth and succession.
Qualifications High School Dipoloma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree with a minimum 1 year of training experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design preferred. Knowledge of learning management systems and competency assessment preferred.
