Description

The Training Coordinator is an entry to mid-level position responsible for supporting all Training Department personnel through detailed handling of a variety of administrative duties. Frequent interaction with employees and customers will be required. The Training Coordinator will demonstrate initiative, commitment to teamwork, enthusiasm for customer service, and dedication to finding solutions in an efficient manner



  • Create classes in LMS
  • Enter and maintain employee training records in LMS
  • Act as primary E-Learning Systems administrator
  • Produce training reports for Management as requested
  • Maintain Training calendar
  • Create and send class notifications to students attending training
  • Set up customer training and generate customer training invoices
  • Generate Purchase Order Request for the Training Department
  • Other duties assigned by Management

Qualifications
Experience
Candidates for this position must possess extensive experience and skill using personal computers including Microsoft Suite and internet-based applications in addition to good typing skills are required for this position. (required)
