JOB SUMMARY:

We're seeking an experienced Senior Order Management Specialist to optimize our order management programs. A senior member of the Sales Enablement team, this critical role will work closely with leadership from Tobii Dynavox Logistics, Supply Chain and Change Management teams to refine ways of working within the Order Management stream on behalf of the North American Market.

This role is ideal for someone with leadership and order management experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable working with Enterprise Resource Planning and inventory systems and is passionate about improving operations through process refinement. This newly created role will require a candidate with experience developing scalable, standard processes and procedures in a growth centered environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the management of back orders and develop strategies for cycle time improvement
• Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to forecast sales demand and assess inventory impact, ensuring product availability aligns with customer needs and business objectives
• Evaluate Special Parts (SP) quoting and order processes for operational improvements and scale
• Establish guidelines for review and approval of incoming orders, ensuring all documentation and system data meet quality standards
• Establish communication and reporting measures to ensure transparency of shipping timeframes and delays, inventory levels and order management policies across logistics, supply chain, and North American Market teams
• Identify and implement enhancements to order management workflows, system configurations, and reporting tools
• Implement cross-functional procedures for inventory management
• Resolve complex order errors to ensure customers receive their equipment timely
• Serve as a subject matter expert on ERP functions related to order processing, inventory availability, and order adjustments
• Manage data integrity efforts through regular auditing and system maintenance.
• Provide support for order management processing and team training as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 3-5+ years order management experience; preferably in a Healthcare environment
• Dynamics 365 experience a plus

COMPUTER OR TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• MS Office Word and Excel, PowerPoint

OTHER SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to communicate across multiple levels of the organization
• Strong technical aptitude

WORK ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS:

• Dedicated workspace free of distraction for focused work
• Private workspace due to HIPAA requirements and sensitive customer information
• Ability to multi-task and work with interruptions
• Ability to travel to the Pittsburgh office for team activities/ trainings (approx. 4 times per year)
