Job Title: Warehouse Sourcing Manager (Global Logistics)
Client: Large Technology Hardware/Telecom company Location: Remote, EMEA time zone support as needed Top Skills *Extensive experience in Logistics Sourcing, Quality, and Supply Chain Management as a warehouse sourcing manager. Experience with RFPs, sourcing new warehouse vendors, evaluating existing agreements with third party vendors. *Strong experience in High-Tech Telecommunications or Networking Equipment industry (preferred) *Ability to translate logistics partner dynamics into actionable business insights *Excellent communication, active listening, and reading comprehension skills *Strong negotiation and critical thinking abilities *Proven ability to analyze complex information quickly and make sound decisions *Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset *Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment *Fluency in English (written and spoken) *Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives *BA degree required; MBA or graduate degree preferred *8+ years of global warehouse sourcing experience Nice-to-Have Skills *Risk management expertise *Strong presentation and executive communication skills Role Overview As part of the Services & Logistics - Partner Management & Sourcing (PM&S) team, you will lead global warehousing sourcing initiatives. This individual contributor role involves evaluating and negotiating sourcing options, preparing scenario analyses, and providing impact assessments for leadership. You will manage supplier relationships, drive cost optimization, and ensure supply chain resiliency. Key Responsibilities *Define and execute global warehouse sourcing strategies *Lead sourcing events, including negotiations, project deliverables, and contractual compliance *Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve logistics and customer delivery experience *Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and risk factors *Drive cost savings and margin improvement through warehouse optimization *Prepare and present executive-level reports and recommendations *Support long-range planning for cost, quality, and risk mitigation *Manage supplier change initiatives and ensure continuity during transitions Who You Are *Independent, results-driven professional with strong leadership skills *Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic, fast-changing environment *Skilled at building stakeholder buy-in and maintaining strong vendor relationships *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
