Job Description

We're looking for a proactive, hands-on Property Manager to take great care of a unique portfolio of spaces, including the versatile Tiffany Springs Building. Think of this role as the ultimate mix of problem-solver, relationship-builder, and project coordinator. You'll keep everything running smoothly-from making sure the buildings shine and tenants feel at home, to managing budgets, vendors, and new projects. If you love variety in your day and enjoy seeing the direct impact of your work, this role is for you!

What You'll Do

  • Keep our properties in top shape with regular maintenance and safety checks.

  • Build strong, positive relationships with tenants and landlords.

  • Stay on top of lease enforcement and contract administration.

  • Plan and manage budgets like a pro.

  • Coordinate move-ins and make sure new spaces are ready to impress.

  • Develop a go-to list of trusted vendors and contractors.

  • Report on property conditions and share updates with leadership.

What You Bring

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field-or an equivalent mix of education and real-world experience.
  • A solid understanding of the trades (you don't have to fix it yourself, but you know what good work looks like).
  • Knowledge of building systems, materials, and safety codes.
  • 5-7 years of property management/maintenance experience.
  • A knack for solving problems and applying smart facility management practices.
  • A valid driver's license and ability to meet fleet safety requirements.
  • Great communication skills-you're clear, professional, and people enjoy working with you.
  • Tech confidence, with experience using tools like TMS, purchasing systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project), and AutoCAD.
