Outside Sales Representative

• Drive sales growth through existing accounts and new business development.
• Build strong relationships within the residential construction community.
• Quote projects, prepare bids, process sales orders, and follow up on leads.
• Perform take-offs, change orders, and accurate project estimates.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales call targets and quarterly/annual quotas.
• Research upcoming subdivisions, network with builders, and generate new opportunities.
• Represent the company at job sites, in showrooms, and through phone/email communication.
• Ensure profitability by maintaining acceptable margins and supporting customer satisfaction.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, use quoting/order entry software, and maximize productivity.

• Must have 10 years of sales experience.
• Must have sold Millwork, on the road Middle Tennessee area.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in contractor sales or the construction industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Business is helpful but not required.
• On-the-job training provided for continued growth and career success.
