Industrial Maintenance Technician

Staffmark is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join a leading manufacturing facility in Marietta, GA. This role is critical to supporting production, maintenance, and continuous improvement activities. If you're skilled in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex systems, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Pay: $25 - $31/hr (based on experience)

Schedule: Rotating schedule | 3 days on / 3 days off (includes weekends and holidays) | 7:00am - 7:00pm

What You'll Do:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and robotic equipment
• Execute lockout/tagout procedures to ensure safe equipment operation
• Collaborate with suppliers to test new technologies and collect performance data
• Maintain, calibrate, and verify equipment accuracy and reliability
• Assist in developing and improving robotic path motions and control plans
• Record daily maintenance activities, process parameters, and verification records
• Operate forklifts, heavy equipment, and lifts safely as needed
• Participate in continuous improvement teams and train personnel on equipment and process methods
• Respond to production needs, including flexible shifts, weekends, overtime, and on-call support

What We're Looking For:

• Strong leadership, teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet goals
• Mechanical and electrical maintenance experience required
• Industrial controls experience preferred; injection molding and robotics a plus
• Computer and programming knowledge is an asset
