Ready to roll up your sleeves and start fresh? Staffmark is hiring a Sanitation Associate in Easton, MD, to join the world's largest harvester and processor of clam products. This is an entry-level role-no prior experience needed! If you're dependable, safety-minded, and ready to learn, we'll provide the training to help you succeed.

Pay: $15.25 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:00 PM - 3:00 AM | Saturdays are mandatory if scheduled

What You'll Do:



  • Clean and sanitize all areas of the production facility
  • Tear down, scrub, and sanitize equipment using foaming/soaping agents
  • Use high-pressure hoses and rinse machinery
  • Shovel and remove debris from production floors
  • Follow all sanitation and safety procedures under supervisor guidance



Who We're Looking For:



  • No prior experience required-just bring a strong work ethic
  • Comfortable working in a food processing environment
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and able to handle physical tasks
