Machine Operator

Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM (Saturdays required as needed)

Pay: $18.75/hr

What You'll Do:

• Handle raw materials, including bean loading and soaking
• Operate production line equipment, including curding, extracting, auto seal, auto pack/Autocoup, and pasteurizing
• Manage rework, waste disposal, and packaging processes
• Complete production paperwork, maintain accurate records, and report any equipment or process issues
• Collaborate with Production Leads and other departments to ensure efficiency and quality
• Analyze root causes of issues and recommend corrective actions
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to Safety and GMP regulations
• Perform other duties or projects as assigned

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent
• Prior food manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• Forklift experience is a plus
• High energy, productivity, and team-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, push, pull, reach overhead, stoop, twist, squat, kneel, climb stairs, and stand throughout the day
