Schedules Available: 1st shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Thursday \| $16.00/hr. 2nd shift: 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM, Monday - Thursday \| $16.75/hr. What You'll Do: Play a key role in producing high-quality molded rubber products. Follow detailed work instructions to ensure accuracy and consistency. Use the right materials, tools, and press settings for each part. Measure and weigh materials, inspect parts, and trim/box as needed. No experience? No problem! This is an entry-level position with hands-on training provided. All you need is a great attitude and a willingness to learn!
