Job Overview
Are you ready to lead strategic real estate initiatives on a global scale? Hubbell is looking for aManager, Real Estateto drive innovation, efficiency, and growth across its diverse portfolio of manufacturing, warehouse, and office spaces worldwide. This position reports to the Director, Real Estate and partners with business leaders to develop strategies and execute transactions for the acquisition, disposition, relocation, and on-going management of Hubbell Incorporated's global real estate portfolio (owned and leased manufacturing, warehouse, office, and other support facilities). This position drives real estate process development, growth and execution, while providing real estate portfolio analytics analysis with an overall responsibility to drive strategic initiatives and deliver continuous improvement. The position includes the coordination of brokers, architects, engineers, and other real estate advisors. This position will also manage continued development, coordination and execution of company building standards, furniture specs and design, space utilization, reporting and support of employee data within the building analytics segment of the portfolio.
