This is a fairly JR/Entry level job. An A+ or Google IT Support Professional certificate is preferred. Very customer service oriented. Help Desk experience OR PC Support experience is also a plus.
*Description* Looking for Phone Deployment Technicians to support the roll out of new mobile devices to employees. The ideal resource will have a background in technical support and training of end users in the proper use of Smart phones, great customer service skills, administrative skills, and scheduling appointments *Duties Will Include* *Supporting Mobile Device operations, provisioning of smart phones, customer support incident resolution, and other support tasks; ensure timely, *accurate and complete assistance to users in the areas of mobile device support *The management of assets to include cataloging all smart phones in inventory and making sure they have the appropriate asset tag; and cataloging *all assets and their assigned user. *The training in proper use of smart phones. This may include one-on-one in person, web based training, and classroom settings. *Providing first level support of all mobile devices including taking help desk request via phone, email, or IT service management tickets. *Working with the installation of applications on Smart Phones and the subsequent security settings. *Working with Mobile Device Management tools for asset management, update management and endpoint management. *Skills* customer support, PC troubleshooting, mobile device *Top Skills Details* customer support, PC troubleshooting, mobile device *Additional Skills & Qualifications* *Excellent customer service skills *Excellent communication skills *Reliable transportation (the buildings are far apart so having a car is helpful) *Flexibility on work hours between 7am and 10pm (actual hours to be determined) *Technical knowledge of mobile phone and PC troubleshooting *Ability to perform administrative task (calendar planning/scheduling/email) *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
