*Job Summary:*
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Help Desk Technician to provide technical support across various operating systems and environments. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a help desk role, a strong understanding of support procedures, and the ability to troubleshoot issues in Windows, Mac, and/or Linux systems. Key Responsibilities: * Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote tools. * Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across Windows 7-10, macOS, and Linux environments. * Follow established procedures and documentation to ensure consistent and efficient support. * Log, track, and resolve support tickets using a ticketing system. * Assist with user account setup, password resets, and system access issues. * Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams as needed. * Maintain accurate records of support interactions and resolutions. * Contribute to knowledge base documentation and process improvement initiatives. Qualifications: * 1-3 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role. * Strong understanding of Windows 7-10, macOS, and/or Linux operating systems. * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. * Ability to follow procedures and work independently. * Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk) is a plus. * Familiarity with remote support tools and basic networking concepts is preferred. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $25.00/hr.
