TheExperience Architect will act as a liaison between business partners and internal teams to ensure a strategic application vision, user experience success, and the development of Human-Centered Design (HCD) delivery process maps. The successful candidate will drive the adoption and delight of system use by aligning business needs with process solutions. Key Responsibilities * Apply Process Quality Excellence: * Utilize Six Sigma methodologies to identify process improvements and eliminate waste in experience design workflows. * Implement data-driven approaches to measure and optimize user experience outcomes. * Drive Strategic Application Vision: * Collaborate with the Humanity Team:Experience Architecture, Design and Project Success peersand other stakeholderswithin the organizationto shape and drive a proactive strategic application vision. * Organizes content and navigation for UX within dual systems * Ensure digital strategies align with overall business objectives and user experience goals. * Develop and Maintain HCD Delivery Process Maps: * Partner with the Humanity Team:Experience Architecture team to create and maintain HCD delivery driven process maps. * Ensure the processes are comprehensive, detailed, actionable, and aligned with business client's goals. * Ensure Application Adoption and Delight: * Focus on delivering an exceptional user experience that delights users and meets business needs. * Maps user personas and journeys to align user needsand pain points. * Support Tactical Execution and Research: * Assist in the execution of discovery and research phases to gather essential insights and feedback. * Contribute to client report-outs, ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged. * Deliver Project Accelerators: * Support the development and implementation of project accelerators, including ongoing research and business knowledge. * Help reduce discovery and design timelines by providing relevant insights and tools. * Act as a Liaison to Business Partners: * Serve as an advocate to the needs and translate them into digital strategies. * Facilitate communication between business partners and internal HumanITy teams to ensure alignment and clarity. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in business, Operations Management, Quality Management, or a related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in user experience, process improvement, quality management, or a related field. * Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred, with demonstrated experience in process improvement and quality methodologies. * Strong understanding of Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles and their application in digital projects. * Proven ability to develop and execute digital strategies aligned with business goals. * Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in identifying and solving problems. * Proficiency in digital strategy tools and project management. *Skills* HCD, user experience design, user research, Prototype, Ux, agile, Information architecture *Top Skills Details* HCD,user experience design,user research,Prototype,Ux,agile *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Experience creating low-fidelity prototypes & wireframes,FIgma a plus Salesforce and AI *Experience Level* Expert Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
