Energy Marshall Ashburn, VA Pay From: $50.00 per hour MUST: Energy Marshall 4+ years high voltage data center experience Required 3-5 years of experience in electrical safety, energy management, or construction safety Required In-depth knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1910/1926, NFPA 70E, NEC, and other relevant standards Must have OHSA Certification Technical Expertise - Strong background in electrical systems and energy hazards DUTIES: Responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and implementing energy-related safety, compliance, and efficiency measures across construction and operational activities. This role ensures adherence to established electrical and energy safety protocols, supports energy conservation initiatives, and serves as the primary point of contact for on-site energy-related risk management. The individual will collaborate closely with project managers, safety officers, engineers, and contractors to maintain a safe and compliant work environment. Safety & Compliance Enforce energy and electrical safety procedures on construction and operational sites. Monitor compliance with NFPA, OSHA, NEC, and other regulatory standards. Serve as the subject matter expert for Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and other hazardous energy control programs. Conduct site inspections, audits, and corrective action follow-ups related to energy systems. Energy Control & Risk Management Coordinate all hazardous energy activities across trades and contractors. Review and approve LOTO permits and energy isolation plans. Review and approve MOPs (Method of Procedures) Track and manage all active and completed energy isolations. Ensure proper communication of energy risks during daily operations. Guide the proper use of energy control systems. Facilitate safety briefings and toolbox talks related to energy hazards. Reporting & Documentation Maintain detailed logs of hazardous energy activities. Prepare incident reports, compliance summaries, and performance dashboards. Report energy safety trends, near-misses, and violations to leadership. Review and approve LOTO permits and energy isolation plans. Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
