Job Title: Client Services Specialist Job Description
As a Client Services Specialist, you will be at the forefront of handling a high volume of inbound calls, ensuring exceptional care for customers with existing loans. This role requires individuals with experience in billing, banking, and call center environments, along with strong computer skills. Responsibilities * Receive and respond to customer inquiries by phone. * Assist with ACH setups and cancellations. * Process payments, adjustments, and credits. * Handle mail correspondence. * Assist customers in logging onto the payment portal. * Calculate loan payments. Essential Skills * 2+ years of experience in a call center environment. * Proficiency in navigating computer software, internet, and applications. * Strong customer service skills. * Office 365 proficiency. * Ability to handle high volume inbound calls, ideally 80+ calls per day. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Bilingual in Spanish is a significant advantage. * Experience in banking, loans, or mortgage is beneficial. * Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping people. * Ability to learn quickly and multitask. * Punctuality and good attendance. Work Environment The role is entirely office-based, with a structured training schedule that includes two weeks in a classroom setting followed by a week in a training pod on the floor. Permanent schedules will be assigned based on business needs, typically Monday through Friday between 7 am and 5 pm. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tucson, Arizona. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
