This company is a pharmaceutical solutions company who's mission is to help gain access to expensive/hard to get medication and make it accessible and affordable to individuals. They are the middle man between the pharmaceutical companies and individual users of drugs. Service Desk Group: Team is made up of both Tier 1 and Tier 2 Help Desk individuals. This individual team is about 5 Service Desk Techs. This team end users are all internal users to help keep the business running. The environment is 100% Windows 10. The virtual environment is VMware. They also use ServiceNow as their ticketing system, but are open to seeing individuals with other ticketing systems experience. Why is This Role Open?: They have had some turnover with the service desk team as of late. Someone left for another company, someone got promoted to a hire team Day to Day: A Typical day to day for this person, about 80 percent of the workload is request based: Meaning onboarding new hires, putting together hardware kits to take home, granting access. And then the other percent is break fix. O365 (basic troubleshooting of O365 products, Active Directory (adding new users and group policies), Cisco based communications (This is the environment they will be working in but it is not super important to have prior) ServiceNow ticketing system (ticketing system in general, and ServiceNow is a plus). Work load wise (about 20 tickets a day) Tickets will get funneled from the tier 1 team, some walk ins. About 1500 internal users total they will be supporting. We need someone who has about 2-3 years of experience. *Skills* Help desk, Service desk, Troubleshooting, Help desk support, Customer service, Windows 10, Windows *Top Skills Details* Help desk,Service desk,Troubleshooting *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Good with an Associates Degree within the IT Field and the basic certs or 2-3 years of IT Support experience. *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
