Customer Service Representative - Automotive Support Job Overview Join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service in the automotive industry. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with airbag recalls, warranty questions, and technical troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities * Handle 30-40 inbound calls per shift with professionalism and efficiency * Schedule appointments for airbag recalls and provide dealership information * Assist customers with inquiries related to recalls, warranties, and malfunctioning radio codes * Accurately document customer concerns and create support cases * Resolve issues or escalate to appropriate departments when necessary * Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution * Collaborate with team members to share feedback and foster growth * Use multiple screens, software platforms, and processes to support customer needs * Demonstrate proficiency in call center tools and maintain data accuracy * Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics (call handling time, satisfaction scores, resolution rates) Required Skills * Strong customer service and communication skills * Call center experience preferred * Proficient computer navigation and multitasking abilities * Ability to type at least 30 WPM * Comfortable working independently and as part of a team * Good decision-making and problem-solving skills * Previous experience in customer support or related field Preferred Qualifications * College degree preferred; equivalent work experience accepted * Automotive or dealership experience is a *major plus*, but not required Must be able to type 30WPM minimum Computer skills Previous customer service experience *Experience Level* Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
