About the Role We're looking for a resourceful and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support a high-profile fleet management client. This role is part of a collaborative account team, providing top-tier service to drivers, internal stakeholders, and external partners. Key Responsibilities * Handle inbound emails and phone calls from drivers and stakeholders regarding fleet-related issues * Assist with vehicle orders, billing changes, insurance card distribution, and driver data updates * Provide support for unique customer situations (e.g., impounded vehicles) with empathy and problem-solving * Make outbound follow-up calls and ensure accurate documentation in internal systems * Use internal tracking systems (CARE) to manage and resolve customer inquiries * Create vehicle selectors and generate reports using Excel * Communicate with drivers via email to gather missing information * Maintain high standards of professionalism in all interactions Required Skills & Experience * 2+ years of office-based customer service experience * Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Excel (including v-lookup and basic pivot tables) * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to multitask and enter data in real time across multiple systems * Typing speed of 40+ WPM * High school diploma or equivalent * Comfortable with video meetings via Microsoft Teams * Strong grammar and attention to detail Work Environment & Perks * Business casual dress code * Brand new office with amenities: ping pong tables, golf simulator, gym membership (includes workout classes and sauna) * Opportunities for overtime * Stable and growing company with potential for long-term employment Additional Information * Testing Required: Excel test (formatting & pivot tables), typing test (40 WPM), email summary * Breaks: Two 15-minute breaks + 1-hour unpaid lunch *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
