Description Seeking a Network Security Engineer to join our Client's team and lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure, scalable, and resilient network infrastructure across both on-premises and cloud environments. This senior-level role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in firewall technologies, Azure networking services, and a passion for building enterprise-grade systems that meet regulatory and security standards. * Engineer and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, including firewalls, VPNs, and Azure Network Security services. * Lead the development and implementation of firewall policies, rule sets, and segmentation strategies across data centers and cloud platforms. * Manage Azure networking components such as Virtual Networks, Network Security Groups, Azure Firewall, Application Gateway, and ExpressRoute. * Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure network configurations meet internal and regulatory standards. * Troubleshoot complex network issues and perform root cause analysis to ensure high availability and performance. * Participate in on-call rotation and incident response activities. Top Skills Security, Firewall, Paloalto, Cisco ASA, Information security, Network security, Cyber security, Azure Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). 7+ years of experience in network engineering, with at least 3 years focused on firewall technologies and cloud networking. Strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto or Cisco ASA firewalls. Proficiency in Azure networking services and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., ARM templates, Bicep, Terraform). Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture and microsegmentation strategies. Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills. Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., Azure Network Engineer Associate, PCNSE, CCNP Security). Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $70.00/hr.
