*Job Title: Universal Customer Advisor* *Job Description*
Universal Customer Advisors are responsible for managing day-to-day contact duties with customers across a wide variety of communication platforms. They aim to provide support for their team leaders to ensure the successful building of relationships with customers, team members, dealership personnel, and other relevant parties. The goal is to develop a team of highly skilled Advisors who can assist customers with any issues related to Customer Assistance, Marketing Support, EV or Connection Center inquiries, comments, concerns, issues, or feedback. *Responsibilities* * Create a team culture focused on the luxury customer while delivering operational excellence in a vibrant workplace. * Handle cases promptly, seeking unique solutions and treating customers with empathy and understanding. * Resolve complex problems while keeping team leaders informed of case status, suggestions, and resolutions. * Perform technical troubleshooting for vehicle connectivity, Wi-Fi, Infotainment, and mobile app issues. * Assist team members in resolving escalated situations, providing root cause analysis and corrective action. * Attend weekly Quality Audits with team leaders to identify performance improvement opportunities. * Interface daily with various levels of Call Center leadership and execute directives. * Exceed expectations regarding service level, Customer Satisfaction, and on-time activity metrics. * Perform administrative duties such as documenting all points of contact and following up with relevant parties. * Drive continuous improvement to enhance the luxury customer experience and set new industry standards. *Essential Skills* * 1+ years of experience in an automotive customer service-related profession (preferred) * 2+ years of experience in customer service with a luxury experience strongly preferred * General technical proficiency and troubleshooting experience required * Familiarity with Android and Apple devices * Computer navigation and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word * Strong reading comprehension and verbal and written communication skills * Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment * Ability to manage multiple projects within aggressive timelines * Reliable and adept at problem-solving *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience necessary * Experience in the automotive industry preferred * Luxury experience in customer service is preferred, especially in luxury auto *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
