What You'll Be Doing: As a Client Coordinator, you'll play a key role in managing referrals for medically necessary procedures related to workers' compensation claims. Your responsibilities will include:
* Navigating external systems to pull referral data and manually uploading completed cases. * Coordinating with independent physician contractors to process cases efficiently. * Reviewing and organizing medical documentation for accuracy and compliance. * Ensuring patient confidentiality by verifying and cleaning sensitive information. * Submitting cases through our proprietary portal and tracking their progress. * Supporting quality assurance and helping ensure timely case resolution. * Communicating with provider offices and internal teams as needed. What You Bring: * Strong data entry and computer literacy skills. * Familiarity with Windows programs (e.g., W365) and Microsoft Office. * Experience or interest in insurance, healthcare, or workers' compensation. * Understanding of compliance, documentation standards, and state regulations. * Background in medical call centers or similar fast-paced environments is a plus. * Experience with commercial insurance plans is a bonus. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Dependability and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Requirements: * Reliable internet connection and a private workspace. * High school diploma or equivalent. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
