Seeking a Virtual Desktop Engineer Work Environment: Hybrid-Indianapolis, IN Top Skills' Details 1. Full Systems Admin on Horizon View 2. Azure Virtual Desktop 3. Build back end configurations, manage gateways Description Administer and maintain a Horizon View environment, including: Spinning up new desktop pools Managing FSLogix profile containers Configuring and supporting Cloud Gateway Collaborate on the transition and expansion into Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) Support multiple VM configurations tailored to different user scenarios Work closely with Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) and Azure AD Troubleshoot Tier 3+ issues across VDI platforms Partner with team members to design, build, and scale VDI solutions Ensure security, performance, and compliance across virtual desktop environments Document processes, configurations, and architectural decisions Skills horizon view, Horizon, Azure Virtual Desktop, Vmware, Vdi, System administrator Additional Skills & Qualifications 4-5 years of hands-on experience in VDI environments Proven experience building and scaling Horizon View infrastructure Exposure to Azure Virtual Desktop and cloud-based VDI strategies Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills Experience in a Microsoft-centric environment Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small, agile team Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00/hr.
