Now Hiring: Claims Resolution Specialist (Contract-to-Hire) Location: Grand Rapids, MI (Kentwood area)
Start Date: September 22 or September 29 Pay Rate: $17/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Work Arrangement: On-site for 6-8 weeks, then remote (based on performance) About the Role Are you a customer service pro with a knack for solving problems and staying calm under pressure? Join a growing team of professionals dedicated to delivering top-tier support and claims resolution. This is a 1-year contract-to-hire opportunity with room to grow and shine.
