Job Title: HEDIS Coordinator Locations: Northridge, CA and West Hills, CA Employment Type: Temporary \| Entry-Level Contract Duration: 90-120 days with possibility of permanent position. Pay Rate: $22-23/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Job Summary We are seeking detail-oriented and motivated HEDIS Coordinators to support our healthcare quality initiatives in Northridge and West Hills, California. This temporary role is ideal for candidates with strong administrative skills, a passion for healthcare, and a desire to contribute to meaningful quality improvement efforts. Core Responsibilities * Conduct outbound calls to members and providers to collect and verify medical information * Abstract medical records and assist with vaccine-related projects * Organize, collate, and mail provider packets * Perform high-volume data entry and document management (75-200 records/day) * Support administrative tasks including scanning, filing, and copying Skills & Qualifications * Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) * Excellent organizational and communication skills * Experience with medical records or EMR systems is a plus (NextGen not required) * Additional language skills are a plus Top Skills * Data Entry * Administrative Support * Filing & Scanning * medical records * Microsoft Office * Clerical Tasks * Organizational Skills Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
