Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking a friendly and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a experience in customer service and office support, especially in a healthcare or call center setting. You'll be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in ensuring smooth operations at our medical equipment and accessories front desk. Key Responsibilities: * Greet patients upon arrival and provide a welcoming experience * Answer and return phone messages (main call center handles most incoming calls) * Assist patients with over-the-counter sales of soft goods and accessories * Dispense medical equipment and soft goods billed to insurance (e.g., walkers, bath safety items, orthopedic supports) * Provide patient instruction on all dispensed items * Unpack shipments (up to 30 lbs) and assemble equipment * Enter patient demographics and other data accurately Required Skills & Experience: * Minimum 2 years of customer service experience * Ability to type at least 40 WPM (typing test required) Employee Value Proposition: Join a supportive team in a stable and welcoming environment where your contributions directly impact patient care and satisfaction.
