Member Service Center Representative Location: 27000 Evergreen Rd, Lathrup Village, MI 48076 Pay: $18.00-$20.00/hr Dress Code * Business Casual About the Role Join Michigan First Credit Union's 365 Live Call Center and become the voice of our brand. As a Member Service Center Representative, you'll deliver five-star service, build lasting relationships, and help members feel confident and supported. Key Responsibilities * Handle 80-100 calls daily, addressing inquiries and resolving issues * Provide information on checking, savings, loans, and lines of credit * Document member interactions accurately and efficiently * Recommend financial products and services based on member needs * Process loan payments and accounting transactions * Troubleshoot online banking and account issues * Take loan applications when needed * Follow through on member requests and ensure resolution Required Skills * Data entry * Customer service * Member support * Call center operations Qualifications * Outgoing and personable demeanor * Previous experience in retail or customer service * Call center or financial institution experience preferred * Strong computer proficiency and multitasking ability * High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in business or related field is a plus Experience Level * Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $33280.00 - $40560.00/yr.
