Your Role As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be instrumental in transitioning customers to our enhanced Light 2.0 platform-a free upgrade offering new features and expanded financing options. Key Responsibilities * Customer Outreach: Engage Light account users to introduce and activate Light 2.0. * Product Education: Communicate benefits like expanded financing and new tools such as the First Mile Mastercard. * Support & Training: Guide customers through the transition, including features like text-to-apply. * Goal Achievement: Drive customer upgrades to Light 2.0. * Collaboration: Partner with your manager to execute campaign strategies. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
