The Planning Engineer is responsible for implementing the Work Management process, playing a critical role in planning and scheduling maintenance tasks. This involves utilizing maintenance plans in the ERP system and operational needs to determine planning requirements, identifying necessary spare parts, materials, and services for routine, corrective, and investment projects. The Planning Engineer delivers a systematic maintenance scheduling plan, validating man hours required for work and aligning them with available resources. This program includes materials, spare parts, and services, encompassing weekly, annual, forced, and planned maintenance. They also prepare purchase requests for unavailable parts or materials, as well as services, according to user needs. The Planning Engineer leverages designated software tools for analysis and data preservation within the Work Management process and Budgeting execution. They maintain the accuracy of information for each task, ensuring alignment with key process indicators. This role necessitates strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, enabling the Planning Engineer to work independently and effectively support maintenance and project teams.
