Store Manager

DUTIES:   Manage the operations of the gas station and store. Supervise 2 cashiers/subordinate employees. Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods. Instruct staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales. Plan and prepare work schedules and keep records of employees' work schedules and time cards. Confer with store owner to develop methods and procedures to increase sales, expand markets, and promote business. Examine products purchased for resale to assess the condition of each item. Enforce safety, health, and security rules. Review inventory and sales records to prepare reports for management and budget departments. Perform some duties of subordinates during their breaks or personal days or as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:    

• U.S. Associate’s degree in business administration, accounting, management, or arts; or foreign equivalent
• 2 years’ work experience in job offered or any retail position in which retail sales employees were supervised.
• Job verification letter confirming the required 2 years’ experience
• Drug test
• Background check
