Job Overview

We are hiring a Video Editor & Producer to join our in-house creative team. This role is part of a small, tightly knit team that values quality over volume. The ambitions of the company and complexities of the legal tech industry make for challenging work in terms of prioritizing projects and delivering high quality results, often on short timelines. This is a blended role focused primarily on video editing. The role also will take on responsibilities in camera operation and production support, particularly in the Chicagoland/Midwest region.

The ideal candidate has technical skills (including familiarity with GenAI tools/models), a developed creative voice, and works well in a dynamic, collaborative environment. At Relativity, we believe that the editing process in all of our creative is essential to defining and building the brand. We are looking for someone who can bring ideas to the table and help evolve our brand storytelling through the post-production process.

Collaboration and mutual support are at the core of how we operate. Everyone contributes, and we lean on each other to get projects across the finish line. In this role, you'll not only edit but also help guide and refine our post-production workflow, bringing clarity and efficiency to the process.

We are seeking a candidate located in Chicago who is comfortable working in a hybrid capacity. Occasional travel for field production may be required.

Please include a portfolio with your application to be considered.
