The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet IEWC's strategic goals. This role will champion IEWC's award winning culture and be responsible for full-cycle recruiting and building strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.


Responsibilities:



  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and selection criteria.
  • Lead full cycle recruitment for office professional roles.
  • Develop and post job descriptions across various platforms.
  • Source candidates through online channels, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate candidate assessments.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) within Dayforce and maintain accurate candidate records.
  • Represent IEWC as a brand ambassador at job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Assist with intern program recruitment and program facilitation.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice.
  • Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring strategies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • 3-5 years of recruitment experience.
  • Previous experience working within an HRIS required.
  • Proven sourcing experience across multiple platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively develop relationships with key internal stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
