You'll be the first voice many prospects hear from our company, making calls, following up on campaigns, and keeping the pipeline full. If you thrive on the challenge of getting past gatekeepers and earning that next meeting, you'll feel right at home here. What You'll Be Doing: Make high-volume outbound calls daily to targeted prospects Follow up on warm leads from marketing campaigns and events Build relationships through consistent outreach and personalized messaging Qualify prospects and set appointments for our sales team Track all activities in CRM to keep data clean and up to date What We're Looking For Comfortable making 60+ outbound calls a day - you see it as a challenge, not a chore Confident communicator with strong persuasion skills Resilient: You don't take "no" personally, and you bounce back fast Organized and disciplined in tracking your work Previous sales or call center experience is a plus, but not required - we train the right mindset Why You'll Love It Here Compensation $21 -$24/hr., Benefits start on Day 91 of employment Schedule: M-F Clear path for growth into an Account Executive or other sales roles Supportive team culture where we celebrate wins together Tools, training, and coaching to help you crush your targets |
