Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst III Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension) Location: Houston, TX 77079 Description: SCM Planning & Performance Analytics Overview This role provides essential coverage for the SCM Planning & Performance Analytics team during time of heavy workload or staff absences. The contingent worker will support all core functions, ensuring continuity and high-quality analytics and reporting. Key Responsibilities Manage SharePoint sites, document libraries, and lists. Create and maintain Power Automate forms and workflows; resolve issues as needed. Update, maintain, and develop Power BI dashboards. Provide support in developing and reporting on KPIs, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Assist in analysis of performance against external benchmarks and prepare concise reports. Provide flexible, cross-functional support and maintain clear documentation for task continuity. Provide support for ad-hoc analytics reporting needs requested by SCM leadership Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in SharePoint Online including site and list management. Ability to build and maintain Power Automate workflows. Experience with Power BI dashboarding and data modeling. Strong analytical skills and KPI management experience. Familiarity with performance benchmarking. Strong communication, adaptability, and organizational skills. Deliverables Create and maintain SharePoint sites and lists.
