PAY: $45,000 - 55,000

JOB SUMMARY: This position is located at the FAA Mike Moroney Aeronautical Center in Oklahoma City and supports the Enterprise Services Center, Engineering and Solution Delivery (ESD) Branch. ESD provides a wide variety of information technology and business services to the FAA, DOT, and other government agencies including Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) configuration, support, application administration, information technology consulting, project management, life cycle software development, and ongoing maintenance and operations support. ESC Development must provide highly productive Oracle e-Business Suite development services using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) 4.0 to help move ESC towards its envisioned state of technologically innovative, state-of-the-art, electronic and customer-centric architecture to support ESCs mission. ESC Development contractors must be expected to work within a technical architecture and design specified by the government, and within the Agile process and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) frameworks defined by the government team.

PRIMARY DUTIES:



  • Works closely with systems analyst and applies experience of respective functional area (i.e., accounting, human resources, logistics, etc.) to system analysis and design areas for large scale, complex systems.
  • Analyzes problem areas and postulates feasible solutions.
  • Participates in and conducts structured project reviews (walk through)
  • Provides assistance in the development of design deliverables.
  • Provides management with status of projects, problems or other outstanding project related issues
  • Ensures implementation of information and records management policies and standard practices.
  • Reports metrics to project leadership.
  • Provide day-to-day administration, support, and monitoring of enterprise content management technologies.
  • Participates in requirements development for onboarding enterprise content customers.
  • Focuses on overall content management system architecture, planning, capacity, and day-to-day operations.
  • Use Functional Knowledge of Digital Asset Management, Asset ingestions, system integration, automated document recognition.
  • Perform technical design for workflows, image capture, data extraction and metadata population.
  • Utilize advanced recognition for automated document classification and data extraction.
  • Perform analysis, design and application development utilizing content management applications with object-oriented design and business process modeling in a low-code development platform.
  • Analyze and translate business processes into clear and concise technical requirements for process automation utilizing Enterprise Content Management software.
  • Configure Records Management or Information Governance utilizing Enterprise Content Management (ECM).
  • Perform data migrations involving Enterprise Content Management (ECM) software.
  • Manage, maintain and support all ECS server environments in coordination with the data center and/or cloud provider for the ECS platform.
  • Ensure optimal performance of the servers and ECS platform and services.
  • Ensure configuration of all ECS environments are as equal to production where possible and practical. Recommend new server configurations or upgrades in support of growth or new requirements. Experience adopting and adapting of system design life cycle models based on the context of the work using predictive (plan-driven) approaches or adaptive (iterative/agile) approaches for system design.
  • Provide support for the installation of patches, version upgrade/updates, minor enhancements, and Application Program Interface (API) configurations.
  • Manage, monitor and report to FAA the lifecycle of: Hardware, Software licenses, and Software assurance and maintenance agreements for ECS environments.



REQUIREMENTS:



  • Ability to obtain a low-level security clearance
  • Must have lived in US at least three (3) of the last five (5) years



RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:0-2 years of experience. This is an entry-level role, so prior experience is not required.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related discipline (such as accounting, human resources, or logistics). Candidates with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in an unrelated field may also qualify if they have completed at least 15 semester hours in a related discipline.
