We're seeking a ACA Project Manager in Basking Ridge to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.

SUMMARY

North Highland is looking to Hire an ACA Project Manager to provide Operational and Change Management support for our Public Sector client as they implement federal changes and adapt to new administrative challenges.

YOU WILL:

• 
  

  Coordinate communications between the SBE staff, call center operations vendor(s), internal and external stakeholders;

  
  
• 
  

  Create Detailed and accountable project plans and control structures identified and executed by the vendor(s) with the right level of engagement and oversight from SBE staff and deputy director.

  
  
• 
  

  Identify potential risks to overall project success, include budget, operations, training, policy development, external communications, plan engagement, and federal approvals/requirements; development of possible alternatives to de-risk the project or, if not feasible then mitigations for the potential risks; and, creation of a prioritized risk monitoring plan for ongoing vigilance.

  Implement effective governance to track and support State teams' workplans against clearly-defined milestones and metrics that are transparent to Get Covered NJ leadership, allowing for opportunities for options framing, timely decision-making, fast pivots where warranted, and escalation when justified.

  
  

IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

• 
  

  Bachelor's degree or Master's (preferred) or equivalent experience.

  
  
• 
  

  State-Based Exchange Experience and/or Experience with the ACA/Health Insurance Marketplaces (Required).

  
  
• 
  

  7+ years of Project Management experience; self-motivated, with a high sense of accountability, urgency, and drive.

  
  
• 
  

  Formal training in project or portfolio management methodologies and/or certifications.

  
  
• 
  

  Experience running and executing multi-million-dollar budgets(>5M) across multiple technology platforms and business areas.

  
  
• 
  

  Outstanding collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills, including an ability to clearly connect with business stakeholders, and Technology teams.

  
  
• 
  

  Excellent facilitation skills.

  
  
• 
  

  Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.

  
  
• 
  

  Strong problem-solving skills and a demonstrated proficiency with technical programs/projects.

  
  
• 
  

  Solid experience in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Confluence (or similar tools).

  
  
• 
  

  Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence and Planisware.

  
  

We strive to offer competitive compensation and benefits while maintaining flexibility for both the employee and the North Highland. Total Rewards associated with this position include an hourly rate from: $70.00 - $75.00/hr as well as a basic benefits package for temporary employees and paid time off (PTO).

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States, without the need for visa sponsorship by North Highland. Work visa sponsorship will not be provided, either now or in the future, for this position. This is a temporary employee (W2) opportunity.
