Emplify Health is seeking an experienced Designer/Storyteller to join Edge-our dynamic corporate venture capital team dedicated to pioneering startups and breakthrough ideas that shape the future of healthcare. Innovation Strategy & Development: Partner with stakeholders to identify and develop disruptive healthcare products using design thinking. User Research & Insights: Conduct research, analyze data, and craft user personas to guide product innovation. Design & Prototyping: Build wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs; lead usability testing and iterate based on feedback. Team Collaboration & Leadership: Mentor teams on innovation methods and user research; contribute to project management and team growth. Communication & Presentation: Create compelling presentations and pitches that clearly communicate product vision and value.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in design, user experience, or related field from an accredited institution 5+ years of professional experience applying design thinking and storytelling through presentations Must reside within reasonable commuting distance to La Crosse, WI, and be located in WI, MN, or IA at hire due to onsite collaboration needs
