Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking an experienced and results-driven Systems Integrator to support high-impact, fast-paced operational projects. In this role, you'll work closely with senior leadership, engineers, mission partners, and contractors to ensure the successful deployment, integration, and sustainment of complex systems across the mission lifecycle. You'll provide project management support for quick-turnaround efforts, helping define logistics requirements, support architectural design, and lead integration activities in a dynamic, mission-focused environment. The position requires strong communication skills, including the ability to brief technical plans and outcomes to senior stakeholders. Additionally, you'll contribute to long-term strategic planning, developing mission roadmaps and help forecast budgets, resources, and schedules to support future capabilities.

Examples of duties include but not limited to:

Technical Project Activities:

    Monitor and track project status, key milestones, and master schedules.
  • Provide configuration management support and assist in drafting and maintaining documentation such as program management plans, work plans, requirements, reports, guides, and procedures.
  • Support project logistics by managing equipment and supply needs throughout the project lifecycle, including procurement, storage, lab staging, operational use, and deployment.
  • Manage and analyze data to support office metrics using Microsoft Office applications and data visualization tools.
  • Coordinate and support meetings by preparing materials such as technical capability briefings, gap analyses, program reviews, roadmaps, and ad hoc presentations.
  • Collaborate with team members to refine requirements, content, and procedures related to deliverables.
  • Work with support teams and stakeholders to effectively communicate mission requirements through products such as slick sheets and CONOPS.
  • Consolidate, edit, and draft summaries and highlights for project and program status reports.
  • Liaise across business units and programs to gather accurate and up-to-date information that supports mission success.
  • Review existing business workflows and recommend improvements; assist in developing and maintaining knowledge management systems and processes.

Project Management Activities:

  • Actively contribute as a team member by identifying gaps in technical capabilities and programmatic processes.
  • Draft meeting minutes and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure accuracy before distribution.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and provide meaningful input.
  • Track action items and support follow-up activities to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain and update phone rosters to ensure contact information remains current and accurate.
  • Facilitate and complete access requests promptly and accurately.
  • Coordinate read-ins and related activities with the Security team.
  • Author and maintain Continuity of Operations (COOP) documentation and emergency phone trees.
  • Support off-site meetings by coordinating facility access, drafting agendas, and managing logistics with stakeholders.
  • Track training requirements and manage attendee registration and coordination.
  • Refine file-sharing systems to align with office structure and ensure appropriate access permissions for staff.
  • Foster strong working relationships within the office and with external partners across the community.
  • Provide user support for system access, initial troubleshooting, issue coordination, and application testing; consult with management to recommend improvements to project support tools.


Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse team environment, as well as work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient understanding of digital communications and related IT technologies.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively at all levels of an organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to evolving customer needs, communicate clearly both verbally and in writing, work independently, and proactively develop creative solutions to complex or systemic challenges.
  • Skilled in engaging with customers to provide objective feedback, guidance, and well-informed recommendations.
  • Solid project management experience with the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute tasks effectively.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to support multiple projects simultaneously and balance competing priorities.
  • Experience in Operations and Maintenance (O&M) and logistics planning.
  • Proactive contributor with the ability to identify and address capability gaps across both technical and programmatic areas.

Experience and Education:

  • Prior customer experience.
  • TS/SCI with Poly
  • Min BS 8, MS 6, Phd 3

Target Salary Range

$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
