What you'll do and what you'll bring:

Position Function:

• Assist in all aspects of the Baseball program.

Duties:

• Assist with player development, skill instruction, and practice planning.

• Support coaching staff during games, practices, and team events.

• Aid in video review, scouting reports, and opponent preparation.

• Assist with recruiting efforts as permitted by NCAA rules.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to student-athletes on and off the field.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Coach.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a baseball player and/or coaching experience preferred.

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Commitment to NCAA, Mid-American Conference, and Ball State University policies.
