Japanese Bilingual Moving Coordinator

• Lead and coordinate with a moving team for the preparation, packing, unpacking, and transportation of household goods.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through in-person, phone, and email interactions.
• Provide Japanese/English translation for customers and internal teams.
• Support general business operations and documentation related to shipments.
• Drive company vehicles (non-CDL trucks, vans, passenger cars) safely.
• Ensure shipment paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
• Utilize MS Office and other basic applications for reporting and communication.

• 2+ years working in Logistics.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills with the ability to coordinate moving crews
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English
• Ability to work in all weather elements
• Lift up to 50lbs
• Safe driving habits with experience operating non-CDL vehicles
• Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with general business support tasks
