Support the Dean of Students & Accessibility in the day-to-day operations of the area, including finances, communication, administrative support, and other related duties as assigned.
Essential Duties
Manage day-to-day office operations while providing comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and maintaining office efficiency.
Responsible for managing and coordinating purchasing activities for the Dean's Office, including procurement of supplies, materials, travel, and services in compliance with institutional policies and budget guidelines.
Provide administrative support for the Committees and departments under the Dean's management.
Foster a welcoming office environment, including engagement opportunities.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED Degree. Requirement may be substituted with relevant and equivalent work experience.
3 years Administrative professional experience.
Ability to organize daily work procedures and perform duties under one's own initiative with supervisory guidance.
Ability to sit or stand at the workstation for extended periods.
Require frequent use of hands for typing, filing, and handling documents.

Associate's degree or equivalent education. Degree requirement may be substituted with relevant and equivalent work experience.
