Summary of Position: The role of Director, Application Operations is to manage the Operations of IT Applications globally. This includes Service Management, Operations, and Financial Management activities. This position will work closely with the Client Strategy Team, Global Supplier Management and IT suppliers to maintain effective delivery of application services globally. This position will ensure effective and integrated IT services, working with IT staff, SIAM and Service Provider resources, to manage the delivery of day-to-day operational support. Qualifications: *10+ years of experience in IT operations, application management, or related areas *Strong understanding of global IT service delivery models and outsourced environments *Working knowledge of ITIL (Foundation certification required; advanced certifications preferred) *Experience managing service performance, monitoring tools, and supplier contracts *Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills *Ability to prioritize and execute effectively in high-pressure environments Education: *Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred) Success Attributes: *Comfortable leading through ambiguity and change *Demonstrated ability to influence, lead cross-functional teams, and drive results *Strong time management, decision-making, and presentation skills *Visionary thinker who can translate strategy into actionable plans *Committed to fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture WHY JOIN US?
