Position Summary
Join AEM as a Senior Power Platform Developer and become a key player in delivering mission-critical solutions for our Federal clients. Core Responsibilities
- As a senior member of our agile team, you'll take ownership of high-impact initiatives that empower federal stakeholders with actionable insights and seamless automation. Your work will directly support key client priorities and improve operational efficiency of agencies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prototype and refine user experiences, ensuring solutions meet evolving business needs.
- Integrate data across Microsoft 365, Azure Synapse, and Data Lake environments.
- Implement row-level security, optimize performance, and manage workspace organization and refresh schedules.
- Apply AI features in Power BI to enhance insights and interactivity.
- Develop and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate flows to support end-to-end business processes.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Provide technical documentation, training, and mentorship to clients and internal teams.
Required Qualifications

- Strong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure data services.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in data integration, visualization, and Power Platform development.
Preferred Skills & Certifications
- Stand out with advanced certifications and experience supporting federal missions. Your ability to mentor others and stay ahead of emerging technologies will help shape the future of our Power Platform capabilities.
- Experience working with federal clients and helping guide junior developers to satisfy client needs.
- Familiarity with user-centered design, prototyping, and iterative development.
- Public Trust or other Government clearance
