Description Position at Hearth & Home Technologies, LLC Position Details Location:Lake City, MN Starting Pay: $27.22/hr to $33.00/hr based on experience Shift Details: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Monday - Friday) Are you a hands-on problem solver with a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems? Hearth & Home Technologies, North America's leading manufacturer of hearth products, is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Lake City, MN. As a Maintenance Technician, you will: Troubleshoot, build, and repair industrial machinery and systems to keep operations running efficiently. Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance to ensure the equipment remains reliable and minimize downtime. Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation. Track repairs and support continuous improvement efforts. What You Bring: Work with robotic work cells and automated production equipment Fabrication skills: welding, cutting, and basic machining. Proficiency inelectrical systems: 120V-480V circuits, motors, and controls. Knowledge ofhydraulic and pneumatic systems: pumps, valves, actuators, compressors, and troubleshooting. Ability to read and interprettechnical drawings, blueprints, and schematics. Basic computer skills for diagnostics and record-keeping. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
