Job Title Business Data Analyst, PEOPLE AppJob Description About The Position | Major goals and objectives and location requirements The PEOPLE App team is looking for a curious, detail-driven Business Analyst to join the team. In this role, you'll help us understand what's working, what's not, and - most importantly - why. Reporting to the General Manager, PEOPLE App, this person will be a key partner to product, marketing, monetization, and editorial leads, surfacing insights that influence strategic decisions, feature prioritization, and audience growth. Hybrid 3x a week- (New York, NY) In-office Expectations: This position is hybrid in-office, with the ability to work remotely for up to 2 days per week. About The Team | The Team and/or Brand. The Role's Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements: Education: B.S. or B.A. required and/or equivalent experience. Experience: 3-5 years experience in business analytics, product analytics, or mobile growth - preferably within a consumer app or media environment. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of People Inc's total compensation package for employees. Other compensation may include annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives.
