Position Description We are seeking an ETF Account Associate to support the ETF Account Manager in business development and investor relations for PIMCO's ETF investment products. In this role, you will be a key resource both internally and externally, generating outgoing sales activity and addressing inquiries related to these products from GWM clients from home office research teams and business professionals. Your responsibilities will include supporting our ETF Account Managers, acting as the subject matter expert for our US Global Wealth Management (GWM) Strategic Account Managers and Account Associates. You will collaborate closely in servicing existing advisors, educating advisors, and supporting new business initiatives. A crucial success factor for this role is the ability to confidently interact with senior leadership across various departments including GWM, Portfolio Management and Product Strategy. Additional responsibilities encompass preparing for meetings, drafting briefing memos, managing CRM queries, maintaining pipeline and business reports, responding to questionnaires, and undertaking special projects to support the ETF business broadly. Support Key Stakeholders:Assist in advancing the priorities of five External Account Managers and the Head of the ETF business by providing strategic support. Deliver Timely Support:Offer timely assistance to Account Managers through competitive analysis, data reports, marketing collateral, and follow-up with advisors and clients. Collaborate on Large-Scale Initiatives:Work collaboratively with the team to manage large-scale initiatives, including the ETF Summit, micro-call logistics and planning, conferences, and events. Engage with Internal Teams:Partner with and support AAM internal teams by actively participating in meetings, representing the ETF team, and delivering timely updates, education, and content. Keep the ETF team informed about AAM focus goals and internal initiatives. Coordinate Team Meetings:Assist in organizing internal ETF weekly team meetings by preparing agendas, selecting speakers, and determining topics and materials. Manage Sales Data Reports:Oversee the management of ETF sales data reports, such as running monthly data files for PCG/Field Sales, and collaborate with data teams to streamline processes. Source Missing Trades:Collaborate with data teams to identify and source missing ETF trades. Produce Internal Communications:Assist the ETF team in creating and distributing internal communications. Coordinate Training Programs:Help organize AM/AA training sessions, including podcasts, Brainsharks, and material preparation. Role Requirements
A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required. Possession of FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses and demonstrated commitment to professional standards and regulatory compliance. Minimum 2 years of professional experience in an internal sales or business development function. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a robust interest in and knowledge of ETFs. Proficient in analyzing sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and experience with CRM systems for sales performance management. PIMCO follows a total compensation approach when rewarding employees which includes a base salary and a discretionary bonus. Base salary is the fixed component of compensation that is determined by core job responsibilities, relevant experience, internal level, and market factors. The discretionary bonus is used to award performance and therefore is determined by company, business, team, and individual performance.
Salary Range: $ 105,000.00 - $ 115,000.00
