SUMMARY/OBJECTIVES The Information Technology Technical Analysis & Testing Manager oversees people, processes and initiatives as they relate to the Information Technology for South State Bank. Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to teams(s) while partnering with business and executive stakeholders to accomplish IT objectives. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Ensures compliance with all bank policies and procedures as well as state, federal, and regulatory requirements. Responsible for assisting the team in the establishment and management of IT Technical Analysis and Testing standards and processes. Responsible for assisting IT Leadership and Team Members with the analysis, documentation, testing and implementation of technical solutions and best practices. Directly manages IT Technical Analysts and IT Testers. Responsible for developing and executing Project and BAU Test Strategies, Timelines and Delivery through Regression Testing and End User Acceptance for both Agile and Waterfall (or blended) projects. Indirectly manages various SIT application testers for SSB as well as Third Party Vendors. Accomplishes human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, and counseling employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures. Supports the successful delivery of IT deliverables (Functional Design Documents, Test Plans, Defect Tracking and Reporting, Implementation Plans, et al. Streamlines communications between SSB business partners and IT team members, and stakeholders. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Accepts other duties as assigned Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.

Establish effective relationships with Technology personnel, program and project managers, and other business partners. Build out plans on lifecycle build, with timelines, priorities and achievement goals.

Proven experience in Technical Writing, Technical Design and Test Planning Ability to work on Waterfall, Agile or any hybrid of technology development method Proven experience in translating businesses requirements into technical design documents Proven experience in ability to manage/lead a team Ability to learn and grasp new concepts and business processes quickly. Detail-oriented with ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders Organizational skills to include ability to multi-task and prioritize, strong attention to detail, ability to work in a dynamic environment, independently and within teams Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable deliverables. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and with third party vendors. Ability to work in a high paced environment, showing history of managing multiple complex tasks simultaneously. Highly attentive to details, but able to take abstract thoughts and orchestrate teams to concise, logical requirements and designs.
QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, and CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Experience: 5-7 years in Business and Technical Analysis, Testing and Financial Services. Previous staff management experience. Certifications/Specific Requirements: Advanced knowledge MS Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, and SharePoint

PHYSICAL DEMANDS WORK ENVIRONMENT Must be able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time. Must be able to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, and reports. WORK ENVIRONMENT Telecommuting roles no matter if hybrid or 100% full time telecommuting must have a secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions. They must also have a reliable private internet connection that is not supplied by use of cellular data (hot spot). Cable or fiber connections are preferred. Requirements are subject to change, as new systems and technology is delivered. Travel may be required to come to meetings as needed.
In accordance with Colorado law: Colorado pay for this position is anticipated to be between $113,320.00 - $181,018.00 , actual offers to be determined based on applicant's skills, experience and education.
